Website Privacy Notice
Use of the NeuralGate platform and sandbox is governed by the NeuralGate Platform & Sandbox Terms of Use and the agreements referenced there. Browsing this website is governed by the Website Terms of Use.
1.Who We Are
This Privacy Notice is issued by Telconode Technologies L.L.C (“Telconode”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a limited liability company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates with its registered office at Office 205, Al Khabeesi Building, Al Muraqqabat, Deira, Dubai, UAE. Telconode is the controller of personal data processed through this website.
We process personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the “PDPL”) and its Executive Regulations, and with other data protection laws that apply to us where you are located.
For any privacy matter, contact us at privacy@telconode.com.
2.What This Notice Covers
This notice explains how we handle personal data when you visit www.telconode.com, contact us through the website, subscribe to updates, comment on our blog, or register interest in our products.
It does not cover the NeuralGate platform, its sandbox environment, Network APIs, MCP Tools, or the Consent and AgentGuard components. The NeuralGate platform is engineered so that Telconode does not store personal data in raw form: all platform components operate exclusively on hashed identifiers. Processing connected with the platform is governed by the NeuralGate Platform & Sandbox Terms of Use and the applicable commercial agreements, not by this notice.
3.The Personal Data We Collect
We collect only the personal data we need for the purposes described in this notice:
- Contact and enquiry data. Your name, business email address, organisation, role, country, and the content of your message when you contact us or request information.
- Registration data. Account details you provide if you create a website account or register interest in the NeuralGate sandbox, such as name, business email, organisation, and password (stored in salted, hashed form only).
- Marketing preferences. Your subscription choices and consent records for newsletters and product updates.
- Technical data. IP address, browser type and version, device identifiers, pages visited, referring pages, and timestamps, collected through server logs and cookies.
- Blog and community content. Comments or feedback you choose to post publicly, together with the name you post under.
We do not collect sensitive personal data through this website, and we ask that you do not submit it. This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
4.Why We Process Your Data, and On What Basis
Under the PDPL, we process personal data with your consent or where another basis recognised by the PDPL applies. We rely on the following:
- Responding to your enquiries and requests — processing necessary to take steps at your request, including negotiating or performing a contract with you.
- Providing and administering website accounts and sandbox registration — processing necessary to perform our agreement with you.
- Sending newsletters and product updates — your consent, which you may withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in every message or by contacting us.
- Securing and improving the website — analysing technical data to maintain security, prevent abuse, diagnose faults, and understand aggregate usage.
- Complying with legal obligations — processing required by UAE law or by a competent authority acting under law.
Where we intend to process your data for a purpose not described here, we will inform you first and, where the PDPL requires it, seek your consent.
5.Cookies
Cookies are small files placed on your device. We use:
- Strictly necessary cookies — required for the website to function, including session management and security. These do not require consent.
- Analytics cookies — used, with your consent, to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
We do not use cookies for third-party advertising. You can manage cookies through our cookie banner and your browser settings; refusing non-essential cookies does not prevent you from using the website.
6.Who We Share Data With
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share personal data only with:
- Service providers that host our website and infrastructure, provide email and analytics services, or support our business operations — in each case under contracts that restrict their use of the data to providing services to us.
- Professional advisers such as auditors, insurers, and legal counsel, where necessary.
- Authorities and courts where disclosure is required by applicable law, regulation, or a binding order, or is necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganisation, or sale of assets. We will notify you before your personal data becomes subject to a different privacy notice.
7.International Transfers
Our service providers may process personal data outside the UAE. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we do so in accordance with the PDPL: to jurisdictions the UAE Data Office considers to provide adequate protection, or otherwise subject to appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections, or with your consent or another basis permitted by the PDPL.
If you access this website from a jurisdiction whose data protection law grants you additional rights (for example, the UK or EU), we honour those rights to the extent that law applies to our processing.
8.How Long We Keep Data
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this notice, and then delete or irreversibly anonymise it. As a guide:
- Enquiry correspondence: up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless it leads to a contractual relationship.
- Website account data: for the life of the account and up to 12 months after closure.
- Marketing consent records: for as long as your subscription is active, plus the period needed to evidence consent and withdrawal.
- Server logs and security records: up to 12 months, unless retained longer as evidence of a security incident.
- Records we must keep by law: for the period the relevant law requires.
9.How We Protect Data
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, loss, and destruction, including encryption in transit, access controls, logging, and vendor due diligence. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed absolutely secure, and we encourage you to protect your account credentials and to use a strong, unique password.
If we become aware of a personal data breach affecting your data that is likely to prejudice your privacy, we will notify the UAE Data Office and, where required, you, in accordance with the PDPL. To report a security concern, contact security@telconode.com.
10.Your Rights
Subject to the conditions and exemptions in the PDPL and other applicable law, you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you, and information about how we process it;
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
- Request erasure of your personal data;
- Request restriction of, or object to, particular processing, including processing for direct marketing;
- Request transfer of your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format, where technically feasible;
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal; and
- Lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office if you believe we have processed your personal data in breach of the PDPL.
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@telconode.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the timeframes the PDPL requires.
11.Links to Other Websites
Our website may link to third-party websites. Those sites operate under their own privacy notices, which we encourage you to read. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of websites we do not operate.
12.Changes to This Notice
We may update this notice from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised “Last updated” date, and where a change materially affects how we process your personal data, we will take reasonable steps to bring it to your attention before it takes effect.
