Terms & Conditions
On this page
1.Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the TELCONODE website or the NeuralGate platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2.Description of Service
NeuralGate is a business-to-business infrastructure platform operated by TELCONODE that exposes mobile network capabilities (including number verification, SIM swap detection, age verification, and device location) as Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools for use by authorized enterprise applications and AI agents. NeuralGate is not a consumer-facing identity product.
3.Accounts & Eligibility
- Access to the platform requires an approved enterprise account, issued API credentials, and acceptance of a separate commercial agreement where applicable.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You must notify TELCONODE promptly of any unauthorized use of your credentials.
4.Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Invoke identity or location verification tools without a lawful basis and valid, unrevoked user consent.
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with rate limits, spend controls, or governance policies enforced by the platform.
- Attempt to fabricate, replay, or tamper with consent tokens or authentication credentials.
- Use location or identity data for stalking, harassment, or any purpose inconsistent with the stated intent context of a request.
- Reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense access to the Service without written authorization.
5.Consent, Data & Compliance
Where a network API call requires end-user consent, you are responsible for obtaining and demonstrating that consent in accordance with applicable law (including, where relevant, GDPR, DPDP, PDPA, and POPIA). TELCONODE provides consent management tooling to support — but not replace — your own compliance obligations as a data controller or processor, as applicable to your use case.
Mobile subscriber identifiers are hashed before processing and are not retained by TELCONODE in raw form as part of standard platform operation.
6.Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, documentation, branding, and MCP tool definitions, is owned by TELCONODE and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use TELCONODE's trademarks or branding without prior written consent.
7.Fees & Billing
Use of the platform beyond any free evaluation tier is subject to the pricing and billing terms set out in your commercial agreement with TELCONODE. Usage is metered and billed per verified event as described in your order form.
8.Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, TELCONODE disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, except as otherwise agreed in a signed commercial agreement.
9.Termination
TELCONODE may suspend or terminate access to the Service for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or where required by law or regulator direction. You may terminate your account at any time in accordance with your commercial agreement.
10.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified in your commercial agreement with TELCONODE, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11.Changes to These Terms
TELCONODE may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the developer portal or by email to your registered account contact. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12.Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to info@telconode.com or via our contact page.
Privacy Policy (Summary)
1.What We Collect
Account and billing information for enterprise customers; API usage metadata and consent-decision records processed on behalf of your organization; standard website analytics for visitors to telconode.com.
2.What We Don't Store
Raw mobile subscriber identifiers (MSISDNs) are hashed before they reach TELCONODE's control plane. Consent tokens are short-lived and carry no personal data beyond a hashed subject reference.
3.Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or request erasure of personal data processed through the platform. Requests can be made via info@telconode.com.
4.Data Residency
Consent records and call detail records are stored in the region configured for your account, in line with applicable data residency requirements.
